Name: Malachite Specimen
Status: Available
Price: $90.00
Specimen of polished natural malachite from Congo. It measures approx 6 X 4 inches and weight just over 2.5 pounds. I'd say this is about the size of a good baked potato. It's large enough to be an interesting specimen, small enough to be a nice paper weight for your office, and interesting enough to be a good conversation starter for your den.

This specimen has a very nice polish on the display side, and great contrast between the light and dark areas.
Name: Leather Medicine Bag
Status: Available
Price: $25.00
Small leather bag/pouch with fringe and antler button. A local trading post here in Tucson told me they think this item is Navajo. The actual pouch part measure 4 high by 3.5 wide. It's construction is all leather (except for the antler button), and has a belt loop in the back. You could wear it on your belt or put it on a leather lace and wear it around the neck.

Name: Fossil Dinasaur Poop - Coprolite
Status: Available
Price: $25.00
A coprolite is fossilized feces. Coprolites are classified as trace fossils as opposed to body fossils, as they give evidence for animal behaviour (in this case, diet) rather than morphology. The name is derived from the Greek words kopros, meaning dung and lithos, meaning stone.  They were first described by William Buckland in 1829. Prior to this they were known as fossil fir cones and bezoar stones. They serve a valuable purpose in paleontology because they provide direct evidence of the predation and diet of extinct organisms.

Like other fossils, coprolites have had their original composition replaced by mineral deposits such as silicates and calcium carbonates.

Here is your chance to own (or gift) a very interesting specimen of ancient fossilized reptile poop. This coprolite is 5 1/2 inches long and about 2 inches wide at its widest spot. It weighs 9.7 ounces or 275 grams. I assure you, at this stage, it is poo only visually. It is basically solid rock having been subjected to literally millions of years of fossilization. This would make a most interesting conversation piece for your desk of office.
Name: Campo del Cielo Meteorite
Status: Available
Price: $40.00
METEORITE - Campo del Cielo - Argentina

The Campo del Cielo iron meteorites were discovered in 1571 about 500 miles northwest of Buenos Aries, Argentina. Testing proved the 'rocks' to be metorites.

It is estimated that the meteorites fell 4,000-6,000 years ago at Campo del Cielo (meaning field of the sky or heaven) in Gran Chaco, Gualambia, giving credence to the fact that this was a fall (witnessed by man when falling to the earth) rather than a meteorite find, especially since larger pieces were found in and around a series of small craters in a field. Twelve very large craters have been found by searchers. The largest Campo meteorite weighs about 30 tons; (understandably, is is one of Argentina's national treasures.

This meteorite is the perfect size for a collection, gift, or desktop. It is 1 1/2 inch X 7/8 inch X 3/4 inch, and weighs 41 grams. This is your chance to own a piece of heaven without paying an astronomical price.

If you were to slice, polish, and acid etch this specimen, you would see the lines known as the 'widmanstatten pattern', the tell-tale sign of a 'metal space rock'. Also, Campo meteorites are well known for their silicate inclusions.

For centuries, specimens were found in the lowland immersed in damp soil. This specimen is one of a recent find at the mountainside away from the original strewn field, know to collectors as a 'new Campo'. The new location has no standing water, making these meteorites much more stable than earlier finds. This is a Group IA iron meteorite classed as a coarse octahedrite. On average, the composition is 92.5% iron, 6.68% nickel, and many different trace elements. There are a number of scarce minerals found in it as well, including kamacite, taenite, plessite, triolite, as well as graphite, and silicates.

Name: GMT Master II Replica
Status: Available
Price: $100.00
GMT Master II replica

Nice copy of the Rolex GMT Master II watch. This is the classic 40mm size and features an automatic movement (NOT quartz), uni-directional rotating bezel, functional GMT hand, screw-off case back, screw-down crown, and all the correct markings (even the very faint crown etched in the crystal at the 6 0'clock position).  The watch runs and keeps good time.  It is in great shape, but there is some wear to the gold plating on the crown, due to many years on the wrist.

It is currently sized for a 6 3/4 inch wrist, but includes 2 extra links to accomodate even larger wrists.  Smaller wrists can be accomodated by taking out 1 more link, or by adjusting the holes used for the clasp.

There are NO box or papers.
